Hey Kev, Have you had to ship any of your zoo creations cages out yet? If not, just a small word of advice..... Get a really good box. Its expensive as all get up, but in the end, its gonna be worth it by not having to deal with the aggravation of damaged goods. TRUST ME. :x

Thanks Captain morgan!!!!

I have not shipped any yet...in fact I have been busy building more cages for us to use on the big monitors..walk in types...I have to come first for my critters...

Cages take so much time and I need like a million..I have to whip out an incubator but I will whine for help when it is time!!!!

The cages we make are just so sweet but Sam you know what kind of time they can take!!!! PVC is not cheap!!

Thanks- Kev

No its not cheap, hence the importance of a GOOD box.... I've been pretty lucky with shipping cages so far, but the few DOA's will kill a small business quick when you have to start refunding coin.

I filed my first claim with the carrier I use, I cant wait to see how this whole thing turns out.

Your really building some beutiful cages Kev, I want to try to take a trip up to hang out in the shop with you for a day or something, if you dont mind that kinda thing. Plus Robs been buggin me to come up and see his shop to...

Cages... Cages... and oh yeah more cages.... I am so busy right now, I dont know which way to turn. I wish I had time to build myself some cages. My stuff is still in melamine racks and cages hahaha. And man ya gotta love melamine #-o Could they possibly make something a little heavier, I dont think its quite heavy enough

I just put on my wumpscut muscles. They get me going.

Are the cages just PVC?
I have been playing around with some HDPP and hopefully some HDPE soon, its nice since its cheaper and you can use it like wood (i.e. no welding).

I seen the cages you're building. very sweet setup. I love the divider if needed and the latches on the front. The look very sturdy too. Quick ? for you. How do you buy your glass for the front? Do you have the tools to cut your own or buy it precut? What sort of deals do you get with that?
I only ask because this spring/summer I'm going to be building a couple of my own cages for me. thanks for any help in advance....
