This is so easy to make, and is so good, we have it about once a week.
The measurements are oh-so-approximate. I never measure them, I just add stuff to it.
boneless/skinless chicken breasts as needed.
worcestershire (I hate trying to spell that!) sauce
soy sauce
*FRESH* rosemary - you can use the dry stuff, but it doesn't work as well. You can usually find it in the veggie section at the store.
Preheat oven to 350.
In an oven-safe dish, add enough w-sauce to cover the bottom of the pan, and then some.
Add about 3 teaspoons of soy sauce. (I usually just shake the bottle a couple of times.)
Put the chicken breasts in the pan. I usually put them in and then flip them so they're coated in the sauce.
Place a sprig of rosemary on each piece of chicken, and sprinkle the little broken bits into the sauce.
Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. (this is per my oven. make sure yours is completely cooked!!)
Serve with rice and steamed veggies - I use a good basmati with squash and broccoli.
I've never had someone not eat it - and ask for more!!
