It has to be sushi! My recipe for spicy tuna or wahoo sashimi:
Buy a plane ticket to either The Bahamas or California.....then charter a boat to get to the fishing grounds that hold pelagic fish like the fore mentioned.....after catching one of the targeted species and before putting the tasty morsal on ice, cut the suckers throat.....DEEP, this will 'bleed' the fish and it will be ready for cutting onced it is properly iced......make sure to cut the tenderloin for sashimi.......once the tenderloin is cut, dice it up into tiny pieces, cut fresh scallions so there is approximately 1/5 the amount of fish.......get some SRIRACHA sauce http://photos.imageevent.com/ghireptiles/reptileroom/websize/c00089_01.jpg
and dilute it slightly with water......mix it in with the scallions and fish, get some wasabe and soy sauce and DIG IN!!!!! :smt016 By the way, go easy on the sauce or else your rear end will feel like this the next day! :angryfir: And store bought fresh tuna will work great too! Just ask if it is ok for sushi first :smt023
