Well untill yesterday I thought I had captured all the native snakes in my area but I was proven wrong by this little guy. I do not know what it is. It has markings simalar to a rat snake colors like a eastern milk and head shaped simalar to a black racer. The marking are very vivid toward the head and fade to nothing but the grey back ground in by the time you reach the vent. It is extreamly fast and very nippy. It was cought in the savannah GA area and then released after I took some pics. Here are some pics if anyone know what this little guy is please let me know.
Thanks

Looks like some sort of a coachwhip or something to me. I will check The Snakes of the United States an Canada when I get home.
