Here's what I don't get...why do you bash dwarf retics yet have spent probably thousands of dollars on them?

Thats a beautifull yellow head, Brian...:)
I love taking multiple shots of adults in their cages, watching how they rest their heads/move through these shots speaks volumes of their temperments.

Since you are talking about "proving her out," I am assuming that she is an adult, or nearly adult. And, since we all know that you feed aggressively, this would mean that she has completed the bulk of her growth.
13 ft definitely sounds like a dwarf to me. I am not sure what your use of quotation marks around the word dwarf was for, but all it does is make you look foolish. - Brian

she is only 4.5yrs old.... who knows how big she will be in 25 years.
she is still growing - also seeing as she is only 50% jampea, i am going to assume she has more than enough room to grow.
i would'nt be suprised to see here grow over 16ft.
Regardless of her genes, she's a very pretty snake :)

Yup. The quotation marks and the trying to make his "dwarf" seem as big as possible seem incendiary to me, but I doubt anyone is suprised by that...

Brian,
Just ignore those two, they have no positive input to ever add.All there trying to do is push you over the edge on another forum.I personally dont understand why you continue to push this Dwarf theory till the end of time either, but im willing to live w/ it because its your opinion and nothing more.

Adam, I know. I was trying to remind him, without being too pushy.
Tom C, please don't presume to know why I do what I do. If you would read my posts to Brian, concerning this topic on THIS forum, you would see that I have tried to be as supportive as possible, to him. I don't believe that he has issues with me here. I have no idea what "other" forum you are speaking of. The only ohter forum we have discussed this on, he is no longer a member of, due to completely un-related circumstances. - Brian

Do you really believe that Tom? I honestly don't have any idea what you're talking about. The only time I have ever been anything but calm, cool and collected was in response to a series of personal attacks and they didn't happen on this forum so why bring it up here?
As far as the subject at hand, I'm simply tired of watching this long dead horse be beaten for months on end. And I feel compelled to refute this propaganda campaign of misinformation.
And I don't really feel that input from my computer is necessary to "push the young man over the edge". If I've learned anything from recent history it is that you only need to wait and watch.
Why don't you keep the topic on retics rather than presume to know anything about me?
Take it to e-mail if you guys gotta bicker. Regardless of whom, where, what, who's mom got insulted on another board, whatever. I am not singling ANYONE out, nor am I pointing fingers. This is your all-inclusive, one-shot, completely neutral, in-the-best-interest-of-this-forum warning for this thread.
Thx!

I have to admit, at 4.5yrs old and only thirteen feet, that is considerably small. I would be very surprised if she reached sixteen feet.

I agree w/ Chad, A 4.5 yr old retic being 13' is not impressive for size, however, not unseen.Brian, how long have you had her and what do you know about her past as far as feeding and husbandry??
Thanks,
Tom C

dont know much about her feeding and history(i know she is a 50% jampea poss het albino)... i also know she has started to feed more than regularly since i have had her.
i guess she was a noserubber last winter, so she is recovering from that.
but regardless - she is eating very good, eating 10lbs rabbits.
she has gained a good amount of weight since i have had her. i just measured her with a measuring tape, she is 14ft.
this is her in a 6'X3' cage:

even if she doesnt get 16ft... she is definatly going to fill out.
thats ok with me, either way. :)
