How do I use one of my pics as my avatar?

I believe you'd have to upload it onto photobucket.com, then use the url they give you and put it in the url spot where you'd choose an avatar.

Click on the FAQ link in the toolbar at the top of the forums. Go to the section on avatars (what is that little picture by my username - I think that's the topic).
