Hey,
Here is one of the black blood babies, hatched-out on 2/3/05. He is one amazing little SST, and I think you'll agree. He started hatching out on 2/3/05, and completely came out of the egg on 2/4/05. He's one of only 4 babies that hatched, and I unfortunately, will not be parting with this clutch as a had a small ratio hatch and am going to introduce these guys into the breeding group in the future.

Hey K,
Yes it is (indeed!), and hopefully, not my last. It was a hard-earned one at that too. As you already know, the sire to these little ones died last August, so I was lucky to get anything at all from this pair. They had only bred for an extended 48 hours and no more. That was all it took.

Congrats, if you weren't going to keep them all I was going to say save me one, but having so few no wonder you aren't parting with them, I don't think I would be either, guess I will have to wait till some other people start hatching out some blacks. I can't wait to have some here.

Hey Amelia,
Yeah, this was a small clutch, and I would like to work with the this particular blood line, as it is nearly defunct; it is the Tim Meade line of black bloods. The sire of the clutch was a decendant of that blood line and as you can see from the photo, he throws some amazing babies; and the mom is quite the looker her self. The mom came from Chris Delay of Stellar Boas, I believe (I don't know much about them), who initially purchased her from Bob Clark, and had her for a little while, and parted with her to my good fortune. At any rate, the dam, is more than probably an Indo import and that's ok as this girl has some amazing genes too. So there was obviously a great synergy between the pair (match).
Alright, 'nuff rambling.

Yay!

Congratulations Angel!!

Good luck with the babies -- I'm sure they'll grow up to produce some more awesome little lookers!

Hey Kitt,
I sure hope, these guys are pretty awesome and others deserve to have and work with this species too. They are like nothing else. Thanks Kitt!
