why do bloods dimple? too much hummidity or not enough?

Yes.

Most of the time it's due to too little humidity, but can also be a result of a constantly wet cage.

Hey,
Dimpling is a compression or wrinkling appearance of the scales, that bloods often get as a result of either too much humidity, or too little.
