Hey guys,
I'm planing on going to NYC this summer.
I have allready been there last summer, but didn't know about any breeders then.
I was wondering if anyone in the forum knows breeders that live in the Greater NYC area, and wouldn't mind me visiting them and seeing his collection.
Any advices and suggestions will be extremely appreciated.
Thank you for your suggestions,

Snakes are illegal in NYC and there are new restrictions no big boids throughout the rest of the state.

That statement is partially true, snake aren't illegal in NYC. Certian pythons and boas grouped into a range of size over 10' like retics ,anacondas. and burms along with hot stuff are illegal with out a permit, it is also illegal to sell them in the state with or with out a permit. There are a few breeders in ny, li, and nj.

Thank Jon, that's good to know.
There are a few breeders in ny, li, and nj.
Can you be a little more specific about the breeders you know at that area (Website and Email will be great).
I'm just as interesting in small snakes (colubrids and small pythons), than in the big ones.

maybe they should allow snakes in NYC... that could help out with the rat problems there.

Im sorry about the NYC ban, I thought I read that somewhere along with the other bans. Here is a list of all of the reptiles banned by New York State. http://www.wnyherp.org/reptile-laws/New-York-animal-ban.php
