I am not sure how true this is,but towards Western Massachusetts,the Berkshire area,in the mountain area there may be some Timber Rattlers hanging around.I beleive from what was told to me,they are flourishing.Just thought it was worth to investigate.

You are correct! I've only seen one Timber so far but I know there are plenty out there. It was in the town of Russell, a small town of about 1,600 people, but not far from exit 3 off the MA turnpike.
