I took my guyanna rtb to the vet n he tried to maker her poop n when we got home she threw up her last meal (3 lrg mice) he was pressing hard all over her n after she threw up i went to clean her cage n noticed she is real limp is this normal pls respond tyia

if she had just eaten why the hell was the vet trying to force a poop??? how long ago had it fed? u got any pics? aftre eating u need to leave alone for 5 days usually for the food to be fully digested and so u dont get a regurge!

Well instaed of doing that couldnt you have brought in a sample after she defecated? What he did was completely un-necessary.

yup but she is better now im thinking that just took alot out of her which is why she was weak thank u guys n gals so much i love my snake to deathj

Real limp like that after being worked over is near death.. Sorry but your vet sounds like a reptile retard.. Get a new vet. If he wanted to check for parasites a simple "hey can you bring in a stool sample" would have done the trick.
