I cook this at the fire station all the time, it's cheap, easy and the guys like it . If your slow it will take about 3 min to prepare.

-1 large oven bag
- 2,3,4, lbs of chicken, I use thighs or breasts
-1 packet of onion soup mix
-2 small bottles of catalina or french salad dressing
-1 salad bottle full of water
-1 can of whole cranberries (blood clots)

Mix it all in the oven bag and cook at 350 for 60-90 min depending on if you used boneless or not. Serve on top of steamed white rice and your done. You can adjust the dressing and water depending on how much sauce you want. Enjoy!
