Macaroni casserole:
1 box of your favorite macaroni, prepare according to directions
1 can tuna, drained
1 can whole corn (or mixed veggies, or peas, or whatever garden thing your child will eat except potatoes!)
Splash of Ms Dash or favorite seasoning blend
make mix serve.

Tater tot casserole:
1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
1 can favorite sloppy joe sauce (I like Manwich BBQ)
1 can green beans drained (optional)
frozen tater tots
shredded cheddar cheese
brown and drain the meat, add sloppy joe sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes while preheating oven to 350F. Put in bottom of casserole dish. If desired add green beans and mix up. put tater tots all across top, pressing into sauce a bit. sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese acros top, bake 20-30 minutes until cheese is lightly browned.

This is enough to get started LOL I have more, including one that gets kids to eat spinach! (Hint: tell 'em it's parsley)

10 years ago my boy was only 1 and didn't have a good enough vocabulary to say, "I don't like this." LOL PLus at that age he ate everything we put in front of him, plus several crayons!
