for rezising i use paint, copy the picture and 'edit' it

then in image tab select 'sketch and skew' or some like that then on the numbers just select how much you want to resize the image(for the image to keep the proportions use the same number in both), i use 39% for the image to be 799x600, my original pictures are 2048x1536

tell me how big you take your pictures and i may tell you what percentage you must use
