Prolapse Issues Need Help!!

I have a 6 month old hypo columbian boa that has prolapsed his intestine now twice my vet says its a parasite but didnt find one with exams and during the fixing of his bum anyone know what may cause this problem?

did the snake have surgery... how was the prolapse fixed?

most parasites are usually easy to detect with a few good stool samples and a microscope... maybe its a congenital defect?

if your vet cant figure it out, maybe you should find one that can.

second opinion found worms under the microscope so hopefully fixed for good this time
