just wondering what kind of cages everyone prefers for there retics and burms. i currently use a vision 632 for my yellowhead retic. a vision 400 for my tiger retic. i need 6 foot cage for my male albino burm but dont have any experience with any of the other cages. from what i have read alot of people prefer ap cages? i like the visions but they do not hold heat and humidity as well as i would like. just want to see what every ones thoughts on this are. money is not to much of a problem being that i already pay over 500.00 bucks for a vision 632 shipped.
sorry for the long post.

I like the Visions, as for the Humidity problem I just covered up about half of the back vent with plexi - glass. I have a cage from Sunshine cages and I had a problem with too much Humidity. I had to drill more holes in it. Don't get me wrong it is a good cage and for the money I couldn't beat it. Vision had 6 footers on special for like $299.00 shipped or something like that and their nice cages.

But it's the smaller one for my ball. It's a T3 and I love it. I would give them a hard look if I were buying a large cage. Should be a bit less $ too.

APs are hands down the best bang for your buck. Good heat radiants, really eye pleasing and holds heat very well. Only complaint is there isn't enough ventilation but Mark can put as much or as little venting as you want. Lastly, you won't meet any nicer people than Mark or Alley. They are the reason AP is where they are today.

i was going to get a cage from AP but i couldnt afford it with all the herps i have. for me to buy that cage my herps would all have to brumate for a long time, lol. i took what i already had and went to HOME DEPOT and bought some plywood and plexi glass and built my own cage. but i think im going to have to built another 1 cuz my burms growing quick.
