my col. redtail just finished a shed on saturday. i tried to feed him on sunday, and he wouldn't eat. he's not the best eater, i usually have to wiggle the mouse in front of him, but he's ALWAYS eaten. the only thing i can think of is i changed his hide and water dish, but just to bigger versions of the same.....he just doesn't seem interested in eating....any advice??? oh and i feed f/t.

when this happens to me.. i usualy starve them for a week then try again.. Trust me it works! (mostly) and i was told to do that by a vertain person who i would trust.

Isn't it weird how that happens? Even the most consistent snakes can throw you for a loop sometimes. I agree with Adam...give it a week. I woulnd't worry until he has refused a couple meals.

it is weird...especially with this one. i've had him a year and he's never done this before.....we'll see on sunday....
