eeeeehhh.....like little bug-spider-tick-flea looking things, you can see them though i mean.. there not SOO SMALL there invisible

What's a good way to get rid of them?
I got them and I have no idea how, the only new animal I got was an alligator.Is it possible for mites to live on an alligator. I did just try Sani Chips but I heard the substrate does not bring them.
