Hey Kara, I have 5 or6 individuals from my 04 clutch, with a fair amount of striping, you have seen the adults. Do you think the stripes from the male are possibly a co=dominant gene?

I think it's definitely worth breeding out. I know that VPI has proven some "tri-stripe" bloods to be genetic...not sure if this is the same thing, but I would certainly work with them to see what's going on there.

It seems that there are several different genetic lines of striped bloods - it's just a matter of finding out what's compatible with what. ;)
