The "Bateater" is the coined name for the hybrid created from breeding a Burmese Python to a reticulated Python. This man-made hybrid has proven itself to be fertile and when bred to a retic the resulting offspring are known as "Jungle retics". These animals are quite unique in appearance and share the attributes of both species. They generally have a very mild disposition and make for a great pet! |
