The "Ultra" term denotes the Ivory Super form of the Platinum retic with a bit more going on. We produced these animals by line breeding an Ivory Retic to its Platinum mother. In the clutch we made Platinums, Ivories and some Ultra Ivories. We were not expecting to see these oddities but very pleased to see something new in the clutch. They vary greatly from snake to snake and are quite confusing to explain. Obviously, the genetics of this mutation are throwing some curve balls at us and we don't fully know what is going on or what will continue to happen as we line breed it. Looking at this morph you can not help but think of the Albino Tiger Retic gene being involved, but it is not!
